'fest (Annual) celebration of the Spirit of Christmas and the Music
of the Holidays through Jazz, Gospel, Rhythm & Blues! 3. Pastor Eagle was granted, in 2004, his request from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, the Los Angeles
City Council and the Los Angeles Mayor's Office for the first Sunday in May declared
as "Mother's Day" specifically, for Mothers of Murdered Youth and Children!
